What Our Kennesaw Customers Say

“Kept our heat on through the January ice storm. Our Legacy Park house was down to 54°F and they had a tech out the same evening with the igniter part already on the truck.”

“Our 1970s Shiloh Hills ranch stopped cooling on a 98°F afternoon. They found a failed capacitor, showed me the reading, and had us cold again in under an hour. No upsell.”

“Living near Lake Allatoona meant our house always felt sticky even with the AC running. They right-sized a dehumidifier and explained the dew-point issue instead of just selling us a bigger unit.”

“Replaced the original system in our 1980s brick colonial. They did an actual load calculation, checked the ductwork, and walked me through SEER2 options line by line. Fair, honest, professional.”

“The crawl-space ducts under our 1978 ranch were sweating and half-collapsed. They sealed and replaced the worst runs and the back bedrooms finally cool evenly now.”

“Added a mini-split to a converted attic room in our older downtown cottage near Depot Park. Clean install, quiet, and no ductwork demolition. Exactly what we needed.”

“Our condenser out on a wooded Due West lot was packed with leaves and pollen. The tune-up brought the temps back down and they set us up on a seasonal plan. Punctual and thorough.”

“Heat pump wasn't keeping up during a cold snap. They diagnosed the reversing valve, explained the defrost cycle, and had realistic options. Great communication start to finish.”
